2020 New Player Tryouts


Welcome to SYSA-PFC Fall Season 2020 Tryouts

We will hold a skills day for transitional fall placement for new travel players entering the club  


This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.  Cost of the tryout is $20.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.


  • WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2020
    • Boys & Girls U8-U15
    • Time: 5:30PM-6:30PM
    • Shaker Middle School - Lower Field

Program Highlights

  • Fall and following Spring seasons with optional winter sessions (details below).
    • Fall season runs from late August through the end of October.
    • Spring season runs from early April through early June.
  • Each season is approximately 11 weeks long and includes 8 weekend games (Saturdays or Sundays) and two 75-90 minute practices.
  • Teams are recommended to participate in two or more tournaments per season. Tournaments are usually local and will take up most of a weekend.
  • Tournament fees are additional. 
  • Players who attend practices and cooperate with their coaches can expect at least 50% playing time in a game.

How can I help?

Every team needs volunteers! Coaches, Team Managers, Team Uniform Managers and Team Tournament Managers are all needed for your child's team. If you are interested in one of these jobs, please consult our website's VOLUNTEER tab (click here) for additional information.

Please consider volunteering for one of these jobs if you accept a roster spot for your player. We cannot operate without the generous support of our volunteers.


Fee Schedule for FALL SEASON ONLY :

  • $230 + $25 City Field Use Fee for all U8 players (covers 2 practices plus additional skills training every other week and weekly game, fall season).  All teams will have a professional and volunteer coach
  • $260 + $25 City Field Use Fee for all U9-U10 players (covers 2 practices plus additional skills training every other week and weekly game, fall season).  All teams will have a professional and volunteer coach
  • $375 + $25 City Field Use Fee for U11-U14 /15 teams
    • All teams will have a professional coach
    • Pro Coach at 2 practices + games + additional every other week skill practice
  • Fees are due at time of registration.   Payment plans are available, whereby total payment can be split into 3 monthly payments.
  • All payments are online and subject to vendor processing fees.
  • Refunds only given for major injuries or if a family relocates beyond a reasonable travel distance.

What about Winter?

  • Participation is optional. We offer 2 sessions, each is 8 weeks long and includes 8 weekend games (Boys games Saturdays, Girls games Sundays) and a weekly hour long practice.
  • Ideally our competitive players will participate in 2 indoor sessions during the winter months at Force Indoor Sports.
  • Indoor Fees*:
    • Range from $200/session to $375/session depending on the size of field space required and amount of dedicated professional coaching
  • Discounted fees are available for players who register in advance for both sessions. Payment plans available.
  • Fees may be higher for teams that practice more than once per week or play in other Leagues.
  • Indoor registration details will be forthcoming in late September.
