Why Partner with Shaker Youth Soccer Association?

Shaker Youth Soccer Association – Premier Football Club [SYSA – PFC] is a not for profit community soccer club who provides a well-rounded and vertically integrated soccer experience for over 700 soccer players in our local area.  The program utilizes a lifespan approach, which starts at age 4 through their mini-kicker program and vertically integrates through to recreational, travel and premier soccer.  Beachwood will benefit from the program’s coaching depth and the various programs offered to meet the changing needs of our local players.

SYSA - PFC's coaching and administrative staff will organize Bison Youth Soccer's program but we will have our own brand as Bison Youth Soccer and our own identity.  Yes, we will play in our own uniforms and wear Black and Gold with pride.  We may choose to combine SYSA – PFC and Bison Youth Soccer teams if player participation (both high and low) suggests a more optimal experience through team combinations for both clubs.  The goal is to provide a great soccer experience which emphasizes skill development, a love for the game and enjoyment with friends.

Bison Youth Soccer will start at the recreational level.  Our players will have the ability to play at a higher level of competition in SYSA – PFC’s Travel and Premier teams if our players are interested in pursuing options with higher levels of competition over time.

SYSA – PFC has one of the most experienced coaching staffs in the area.  The program boasts 12 professional soccer coaches and is run by Paul Driesen, SYSA – PFC Director of Coaching and Brian Miller, SYSA – PFC’s Associate Director of Coaching and Youth Director.
